I have used Mildred's for the past 4 years - they provide a beautiful bouquet that lasts for many many days. Obviously not all the flowers will last that long - as they all have different longevities. However, even with pulling out the expired ones as time goes on, you can be sure to enjoy the beauty of the bouquet for almost 2 weeks.
Their delivery is spot on. Highly recommend them!

After my wife returning to work, I wanted to send her Mother's Day flowers as a surprise. Had rotting flowers delivered late from one of those big online places. My wife was crush. I called around and Mildreds could deliver same day. Explained what she liked for flower and the delivered in a few hours. They were perfect! My wife was overjoyed and her bad day was flipped in an instant. All her flowers will be coming from Mildreds from now on. Amazing customer service!!!

Mildred's Flower Shop has the same professional, caring flower service that I encountere back in the late 70's and 80's when located on East side of hwy 98. The flower arrangement is beautiful and I can't believe that it's been this long since I have been back. This was the first time I used Mildred's Florist but it will not be the last. There website was very easy to navigate and I was able to order on line over a weekend. I confirmed the order on Monday and the day before the delivery was scheduled they called me to say a certain flower that was displayed in the photo on the website was not available and asked if I had a preference on a replacement. I told them to decide and they did a GREAT job and the arrangement was beautiful. They even sent me an email letting me know when the flowers were delivered. Great flowers and great customer service.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery, and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The bouquet was full, colorful, and extremely fresh. It lasted at least two weeks. The delivery was timely and the process for online ordering was seamless. I would highly recommend this florist shop to anyone!

I have been disappointed over and over by the national florist delivery programs. Well, no more national florists for me; I will only shop local, small businesses! I ordered a funeral arrangement from Mildred's for a service to be held in Lakeland. The arrangement was beautiful and almost identical to that pictured on the website. The florist needed more information and went above and beyond to contact me. My entire experience was positive and the customer service excellent!

I ordered flowers on a Friday afternoon for immediate delivery. They were able to deliver within 2 hours and the arrangement was gorgeous. They ran into a gated community access issue but persevered and the delivery completed on time.
All in all - I got first class service and a beautiful arrangement. I certainly recommend them and will use them again for the next special occasion!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I picked out a plant to which they added some beautiful flowers. They sent me a picture of the finished product before it was delivered to my daughter at her place of employment. It was beautiful and she loved it as did I. Afterwards we realized that we didn’t know the name of the plant or the growing instructions. I contacted the shop and the staff at this florist went out of their way to give me the information I requested about the plant we purchased. They were great.
We will be back for all of our future needs.

Ordering from the website was very quick and easy. I was ordering a plant for a good friend who had a death in her family. The plant that arrived was big and beautiful! She loved it. Thanks for providing such a hassle free, on time and reliable service. I say that because I had tried to use a nationwide 1-800 company to order from originally since I live out of state and had nothing but problems and delays. We ordered flowers 2 times in the past month for the unfortunate loss of a grandmother and then a father's Celebration of Life ceremonies. They did an amazing job with the arrangements. Not only were the flowers pretty, they smelled sooo good! And the friendly staff even loaded the flowers into my truck for me. A while back I ordered flowers from Mildred's and oddly enough received a beautiful bouquet of roses (which I didn't order). Ultimately our address was similar to another. We called Mildred's and not only did they get us the correct order out to is quite quickly that very same day, they let us keep the roses! Ultimately we would've been glad to turn over the bouquet of roses, but they never asked for it. Mildred's is a class act and will definitely be ordering my flowers from them. Arrangements are beautiful to boot!

I made a purchase from Mildreds to be delivered on Saturday the 13th. When i told my wife she said she wanted them for Friday the 12th. I called them after hours and left a message. Mildreds returned my call 1 hour later to explain all orders where filled for that day. Then i believe to keep me out of hot water they would make an exception and deliver them. Mildreds delivered a beautiful center piece to my mother in law on this special day. Did i mention it was Valentines Day weekend !! Mildreds does great work and exceptional customer service. I needed a way to get flowers to my mother the same day I ordered them. Mildred's is only a few miles away from Mom (whereas I am almost 1,000 miles away), making it convenient. Their website was easy to use, too. Mom's flowers looked even more beautiful than the online image!

I placed my order at around 2AM late Friday night (or technically extremely early Saturday) and the flowers were delivered before noon, which is definitely amazing service. Mildred's Florist has a great selection, very fair and reasonable pricing considering how great the arrangements look and the quality of the flowers. I did a lot of research before choosing a florist, the 5-star reviews were spot on. I ordered a bouquet after noon and they delivered it the same day. They called to clarify the address (I got it wrong) and delivered it the further distance with no upcharge. I forgot something on the card and they fixed it. The recipient of the "Straight From the Heart" arrangement raved about how beautiful the flowers were. She also commented that the delivery person was wonderful and helped her to get the flowers in the house since she uses a walker and would have had difficulty on her own. Mildred's ALWAYS does a phenomenal job on the design and delivery of their floral arrangements. I love ordering from this florist, since I live out of state, I can ALWAYS depend on them providing the BEST service, and quality arrangements. The design you see on their website is the quality design that is delivered, not like some other "florists who picture florals one way and deliver something totally different. Keep up the great work Mildred's Floral!!
