They went above and beyond to deliver an arrangement to a family that had suffered a tragic loss. We did not hear of the funeral until a couple of days before and the arrangement was ordered too late to deliver to the funeral. The owner found out the home address of the grandmother (a work colleague of my husband's)and delivered the arrangement to their home. He kept in contact with me throughout the process so I knew what was happening.
